اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).   بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful)                                           Al-ḥamdu lillāh  (   الحَمْد لله ‎)  "All praise be to  God ". Free yourself from the illusion of good & bad days. Labeling time makes us nostalgic* of the past & demanding of the future.There is only here & now.Let it be. Do you know oyster* shells make pearls because the sand or water drop which enters them irritates them and so they start covering them up which results in precious pearl. May be our hidden sorrows which torture us now ,will someday increase our value too. Nostalgia: a feeling of pleasure and also slight sadness when you think about things that happened. Oyster : a   large   flat   sea   creature   that   lives   in a  shell , some   types   of which can be   eaten  either   cooked
