Jannah - The Paradise

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful) Jannah, is the place where the good and the virtuous will be sent. There exist all means of comfort, ease and happiness and all that one may enjoy. Everything, which one wishes will be available there.  The Holy Qur’an says: "There shall be what the soul desires and what delights the eye." ( 43:71) The blessings of Paradise are higher and better than those of this world. Neither one has heard of nor seen anything like them. There will be no discomfort there. He who enters paradise will have eternal life and will stay there forever. Paradise has various divisions, and everyone will be accommodated in them according to the degree of his good deeds and virtues. Ya Allah Ar Rahman Ar Rahiim Please let us be of those who on the Day of Qiyamah  will en

If he thinks of Me, I think of him. If he mentions Me in company, I mention him in an even better company. When he comes closer to Me by a handspan, I come closer to him an arm's length. If he draws closer to Me by an arm's length, I draw closer by a distance of tw o outstretched arms nearer to him. If my servant comes to Me walking, I go to him running." O son of Adam, so long as you call upon Me and ask of Me, I shall forgive you for what you have done, and I shall not mind. O son of Adam, were your sins to reach the clouds of the sky and were you then to ask forgiveness of Me, I would forgive you. [hadith Qudsi] Rabbana innanā amanna, faghfir lana, dhunoobana wa-qinna 'adhāāban-naar (Our Lord! we have indeed believed: forgive us, then, our sins, and save us from the agony of the Fire) [surah Ali' Imran; 3:16] Subhāna Rabbina inna kunna dhalimeen (Glory to our Lord! Verily we have been doing wrong!) [68:29] La illaha illa Anta Subhanak, inni kuntu min adh-dhalimeen (There is no God but You; Glory be to You, Truly I have been one of the wrongdoers) [Surah al-A

Time is a blessing !

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).  بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful) Al-ḥamdu lillāh  ( Praise be to Allaah). Why we Should not Waste Time? The blessing of time is one of the greatest blessings that Allaah can bestow upon His slaves. Allaah even swears by time in some cases, as He says (interpretation of the meaning): [al-‘Asr 103:1] - because of the importance and blessing of time. And the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “Make the most of five things before five others: life before death, health before sickness, free time before becoming busy, youth before old age, and wealth before poverty.” See Saheeh al-Jaami’, no. 1077. But most people are unaware of the importance of this blessing and are neglectful of their duties towards it, namely to fill it with acts of gratitude and obedience towards Allaah. The

The Virtue of Sabr (Patience)

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm                                    (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful) Praise be to Allaah. Allaah has made patience like a horse that never gets tired, an army that can never be defeated and a strong fortress that can never be breached. Patience and victory are twin brothers, for victory comes with patience, relief comes with distress and ease comes with hardship. Patience is of more help to the one who has it than men, as it helps without any need for equipment or numbers and its relationship to victory is like that of the head to the body. In the Qur’aan, Allaah has guaranteed those who are patient that He will give them reward without measure. He tells them that He is with them by guiding and supporting them and granting them a clear victory. Allaah says (interpretation of the meaning): “Surely, All

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm                                    (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful) "And when you are greeted with a greeting, greet in return with what is better than it, or (at least) return it equally." (Qur'an, An-Nisa 4:86) Human interaction is an important facet of any society. In Islam, proper relationships are stressed at all phases of interaction and the common greeting holds a special place in Islamic manners. Allah says in the Qur'an: "O you who believe! enter not houses other than your own, until you have asked permission and greeted those in them, that is better for you, in order that you remember." (Qur'an, An-Nur 24:27) and "....But when you enter houses, greet one another with a greeting from Allah, blessed and good...." (Qur'an, An-Nur 24:61)

اَلسَّلَامُ عَلَيْكُم   (A s-salāmu ʿalaykum ,  “May Allah's  peace be upon you ” ).    بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم  Bismi-llāhi r-raḥmāni r-raḥīm                                    (In the name of Allah, Most Gracious,Most Merciful) Alhamdulillah (Praise be to Allaah) Before we perform Salah we must first prepare ourselves. This preparation includes making sure that we are clean from any physical impurities and performing Wudu. Wudu (ablution) is required for performing Salah. We cannot offer our Salah without first making Wudu.  Here are the steps to take: 1. First, make the Niyyah (intention) in your heart that this act of Wudu is for the purpose of preparing for Salah, and say: "Bismillah" (in the name of Allah). 2. Wash both hands up to the wrists (starting with the right hand) three times, making sure that water has reached between the fingers. 3. Take water with your right hand, put it into your mouth and rinse thoroughly three times.
